Generally test employees on Aptitude skills to identify quick learners
Test employees on their knowledge related to their job performance (e.g.)A bank asking all tellers to take frequent exams to test their knowledge of banking regulations and practices.
Assess soft skills by asking employees to give a speech on how they would handle a specific scenario (i.e.) A customer care employee is asked how they would handle the case of an irate customer who is angry that the Servers are down. Audio recording is captured using microphone and submitted with answer.
Test employees on general awareness of industry trends. Give a business case and ask employees to submit a presentation explaining how they would solve that case.
Focus on offering training programs that identify critical weaknesses that have been identified through employee assessments
Measure impact of the training program by assessing employees before and after the training sessions
The platform provides capabilities to conduct all online assessments in a fair manner.
The candidate is monitored via webcam to ensure that there is no impersonation and that the candidate does not communicate with others in person or using mobile during the test.
The test window is proctored. If the candidate navigates away from the test window (for instance, to use google search), multiple warnings are given. If the warnings are ignored, the test is ended immediately and a red flag is raised in the report.
When code submissions by any two candidates are too similar (>85% similarity), a red flag is raised indicating possible code plagiarism.
Each candidate taking the test can be given a smaller set of questions that are randomly selected from a large pool of questions.
