You can assign evaluation parameters for each question. For instance, a communication assessment question would have parameters as Mother Tongue Influence, Rate of Speech, Clarity. On the other hand, a presentation type question would have evaluation parameters like domain knowledge, content structure and presentation flow.

Multiple Judges can be assigned to evaluate a candidate’s interview submission. When assigned, each judge receives an email with the link needed to open the submission for evaluation.

SCOPE FOR AUTOMATED FILTERING

What if thousands of candidates given an interview for a job opening but there is limited time to review all interview submissions?

The floated test can include (Multiple Choice Questions & Programming Questions) that are auto-evaluated. These questions can serve the purpose of filtering. Interview submissions would be analysed from only those candidates who cleared the auto-evaluated sections.

CHEATING PREVENTION

The platform provides capabilities to conduct all online assessments in a fair manner.

Webcam Monitoring prevents cheating and impersonation

WebCam Monitoring

The candidate is monitored via webcam to ensure that there is no impersonation and that the candidate does not communicate with others in person or using mobile during the test.

Window Proctoring

The test window is proctored. If the candidate navigates away from the test window (for instance, to use google search), multiple warnings are given. If the warnings are ignored, the test is ended immediately and a red flag is raised in the report.

Copy Detection is applicable for coding submissions. We ensure that code submissions from two different candidates are not very similar
